Training at the SwimGym is a unique experience. Every day, our coaches put together challenging group training sessions (SWOD), as well as personal training programs for lane swimmers and triathletes, with the aim to improve both your general fitness and your swimming technique.

SWIM OF THE DAY

Can’t decide whether to focus on your fitness or swimming technique? Then improve both and take part in the Swim of the Day (SWOD) sessions. This is our daily group training session for various levels of proficiency, run and supervised by one of our coaches. Push yourself forward and get the maximum results out of your training efforts.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work intensely with a personal trainer on your swimming technique and overall fitness. Personal training is very effective if you want to improve your swimming faster or if you like to train individually with a coach. You and your trainer work together to achieve your goals, regardless of your swimming level.

You can choose between a personal training package of 10 sessions, 5 sessions or book a single session personal training.

* Sufficient swimming skills (requirements of Dutch swimming certificate level A) are required.

LAPS

You can also train independently at the SwimGym, during our Laps hours. No coaching is available during these hours, but you can do your own training program. The maximum capacity is 6 persons in a lane of 25m per hour.
