During a SwimGym Training Day you will train all day under the supervision of our professional swim coaches. You’ll learn everything about the freestyle technique, efficient training methods and how you can improve your swimming skills.

FOR WHO

Experienced swimmers and triathletes that can swim a minimum of 500 meter non-stop freestyle and who want to improve their swim technique.

    We distinguish two levels:
    • Mid-level: you swim 2:00 minutes per 100 meters on average on longer distances
    • Pro-level: you swim 1:45 minutes or faster per 100 meters on average on longer distances
