SwimGym Training Day

During a SwimGym Training Day you will train all day under the supervision of our professional swim coaches. You’ll learn everything about the freestyle technique, efficient training methods and how you can improve your swimming technique.


What can you expect at a SwimGym Training Day

  • 2 swim sessions (60min) coached by a professional swimcoach
  • A personal stroke analysis with video-feedback
  • Masterclass freestyle technique*
  • Workshop in training planning and periodization*
  • Healthy lunch and snacks
  • Free SwimGym cap
  • Afterwords you personal videos and technique tips will be sent to you by email
  • Maximum of 10 people per group with 2 coaches
  • Introduction price: €195 (normally €245)

* Dutch spoken. English spoken workshops on December 1st.

Experienced swimmers and triathletes that can swim a minimum of 500 meter non-stop freestyle and who want to improve their swim technique.

We distinguish two levels:
• Mid-level: you swim 2:00 minutes per 100 meters on average on longer distances
• Pro-level: you swim 1:45 minutes or faster per 100 meters on average on longer distances
