SwimGym is open seven days a week, and opening times are very generous. You decide when you want to train, and through out SwimGym App, you can very easily reserve a spot in a lane or sign up for a workout.

TRAINING IN PEACE

We never accept more than a maximum number of bookings in a lane or in a group training session. This offers you the ideal environment for focused training.

SWIM WORKOUTS

Every day, you can take part in SwimGym’s Swim of the Day (SWOD) with a SwimGym membership. This is a fun but challenging group training session for various skill levels, where professional coaches help you improve your general fitness as well as your swimming technique. If you prefer to be coached individually, then our personal training program is the ideal solution.

IMPROVE YOUR FREESTYLE

At SwimGym we train with all levels - from novice swimmers to pro swimmers. Novice swimmers focus on the basics and learn the freestyle step-by-step. Swimmers who can already swim freestyle learn how to do it more effectively and how to swim faster. With focused technique exercises our expert coaches help you learn all the ins-and-outs and give you personal technique tips. "Train like a Pro" was never this real!

ANALYSING SWIMMING TECHNIQUE

The pool area is equipped with large screens, which we use to play demonstration videos and to carry our analyses of your swimming technique during personal training sessions. The use of mobile cameras allows us to film both above and below the water surface, so you can immediately see how your technique can be improved.
