Training at SwimGym is a unique experience. Every day, our coaches put together challenging group training sessions (SWOD), as well as personal training for swimmers and triathletes, with the goal to improve both your general fitness and your swimming technique.

SWIM OF THE DAY

Can’t decide whether to focus on your fitness or swimming technique? Then improve both and take part in the Swim of the Day (SWOD) sessions. This is our daily group training session for various levels of proficiency, run and supervised by one of our coaches. Push yourself and get the maximum results from your training efforts.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work intensely with a personal trainer on your swimming technique and overall fitness. Personal training is very effective if you want to improve your swimming faster or if you like to train individually with a coach. You and your trainer work together to achieve your goals, regardless of your swimming level.

LAPS

You can also train independently at SwimGym, during our laps hours. No coaching is available during these hours, but you can do your own training program. The maximum capacity of 6 persons in a 25m lane per hour.

TRIATHLON

From your first triathlon to your upcoming IRON MAN, at SwimGym you can prepare and get ready for the swimming part of your race. During our daily group practises (SWOD's) we combine technique and conditioning training. On top of this we offer special endurance practices in the weekend which are 90 minutes and more tailored to triathletes.

DRYLAND

The dryland trainings are workouts outside with exercises for strength, mobility, core and balance which are specified on improving your swimming stroke. The training sessions will take place on a sports field next to the SwimGym. The dryland training is accessible for all levels. This is free once a week for members with a month or year membership. You can buy a punchcard for 5x dryland at the SwimGym reception.

TRAINING DAY

Train all day under the supervision of our professional swim coaches. A Training Day includes amongst others two swimming sessions, swimming technique workshops and personal video analysis. Ideal to improve your swimming skills and learn more about freestyle technique and efficient training methods.
