Curious how fast you can swim over a 50 freestyle, a 400 freestyle or even a 100 butterfly? Then register now for a Competition License and represent ’Team SwimGym’ at official indoor Master competitions and outdoor Open Water competitions. All level swimmers can participate in these competitions. It is all about doing your best in the pool and having fun together as a team.
In Master Swimming you compete in age groups (five year segments). You always race other swimmers based on your entry time (men and women mixed). You can enter multiple races per competition, including team relays. Master competitions often take around two to three hours and are spread nationwide. Don’t know your entry times? Our coaches are there to help you with that.
You can register and enter competitions as a SwimGym member only. You don’t need any racing experience, we will inform you about the basic competition rules once registered. We organise ‘Start Dive’ clinics regularly to practice your start. You don't need to be able to perform flipturns in freestyle. Please ask our coaches if you have any questions or hesitations.
We offer a day competition license for all of you who want to try a swimming competition first or want to race every now and then. We have selected competition events in the calendar marked as ‘SwimGym Event’, our coaches will be present at these events.
