Personal training sessions can be scheduled on weekdays between 6:30 - 12:00 and between 14:00 - 17:00

New at SwimGym? Book first your single personal training session. To do Personal Training you need to have sufficient swimming skills equivalent to the Dutch swimming certificate level A. You are able to swim 100 meters non-stop in freestyle or breaststroke. Please contact us if you are uncertain about your current swimming level 020 333 1016.

Swim level
*
Starters-level: you have sufficient swimming experience and you are able to swim 100 meters (4 laps) non-stop in any stroke.
Mid-level: you are able to swim several repetitions of 200 meters non-stop freestyle (front crawl).
Pro-level: You are an experienced swimmer and you are able to swim freestyle in different speeds over various distances.
